Dr. Catherine Cherpas is a counseling psychologist who provides treatment primarily for older adults. She has practiced in the areas of health rehabilitation and counseling psychology. Her approach utilizes both cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented psychotherapies. Areas of practice include the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment to disability, pain and chronic illness, stress management and grief.

Dr. Cherpas received her Ph.D. from Kent State University and completed her postdoctoral internship through Northeaster Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Professional memberships include the American and Ohio Psychological Associations.
